- Must be available to drive the bus route for the district as well as activity travel for both academic and athletic events. 

- Be responsible for reporting to the state through the Colorado Department of Education.

Educator Effectiveness: The De Beque 49JT School District evaluates the performance levels of all teaching and administrative staff as well as guidance counselors and principals by using the adopted State Model of Evaluation. De Beque 49JT is meeting all of the required elements of a local evaluation system with the use of the State Model of Evaluation, an example of which can be found below and at the educator effectiveness website
